Midnight blue

I was inspired to do this look by the night sky lol. I think it will go best with brown eyes. it is quite easy to do but very elegant especially for a prom or wedding at nightime.
What i used: black liner pencil, baby blue shimmery shadow from the 80 colours pallette i got from ebay, silver eyeliner, mascara
First apply a good base. Then draw the shape of where you will put your eyeshadow with the black eyeliner (if it is creamy its better so it won't hurt your eyelid). This will help the baby blue colour turn out darker. Then once the shape is ready put the baby blue over the black (its important that the baby blue is shimmery otherwise it won't turn out as good). Apply the baby blue with a short bristled brush and tap it on (don't drag the brush). Add the colour slowly rather then a lot at one time because when you see that you have achieved the colour you are aiming for you can stop rather then having to wipe it off and restart. Then blend out any harsh lines. Do the same thing on the lower lashline. Next line your top lashline with a silver liner. Then apply mascara. For blusher i would use a light pink because it goes really well with blues. And also add a light pink lipstick / gloss. Enjoy!
